Hartman Property Inspections is proud to announce that Troy Hartman has been awarded the prestigious Certified Master Inspector (CMI)® designation — one the inspection industry’s highest professional credentials.
The Master Inspector Certification Board has granted the Certified Master Inspector (CMI)® designation to Mr. Hartman for demonstrating the highest level of professional competency by completing more than 1,000 fee-paid inspections and/or hours of inspection-related Continuing Education, maintaining at least three years of professional experience, abiding by the industry’s strictest Code of Ethics, and agreeing to ongoing background checks.
As owner of Hartman Property Inspections, Mr. Hartman serves clients across East Tennessee with comprehensive residential and commercial property inspections, termite letters, well water testing, radon and mold testing, HUD engineering certifications, and more.
