Troy Hartman is the owner and founder of Hartman Property Inspections, LLC. As a homeowner himself, Troy is familiar with the importance of having someone reliable, honest and trustworthy to ensure that your greatest investment does not leave you with a host of unexpected and expensive consequences. His desire to support and advocate for those buying or renovating homes or other properties is what led him to the inspection industry.

Troy is a Tennessee licensed home inspector. After completing two intensive home inspection courses from state & nationally accredited schools, he then moved on to become a Certified Inspector through InterNACHI where he continues to be an active member, dedicated to continuing education.
