At the heart of our company is Troy Hartman, owner and lead inspector. As a Tennessee-licensed Certified Master Inspector®, Troy brings extensive training, real-world experience, and a commitment to ongoing education to every inspection. His thorough approach and clear explanations ensure clients understand not only what we see, but what it means for their investment.

Supporting the day-to-day operations is Adi Hartman, office manager and client care coordinator. Adi is often the first point of contact for our clients and works behind the scenes to ensure scheduling, communication, and reports are handled smoothly and efficiently. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer service help make the inspection process stress-free from start to finish.

We’re also proud to have Olivia Hartman, inspector in training, learning the trade alongside Troy. Olivia is gaining hands-on experience and continuing her education to uphold the same high standards our clients expect, ensuring the future of Hartman Property Inspections remains rooted in quality and professionalism.
